Any rumors on the engines other than M5? E.g. V8 + turbo?

So is the timing such that we will see the F10 launched in 2010 as a model year 2011?
September 2010 as a MY11 would fit BMW's normal seven-year cycle.

I think the web article said 8 and 12-cylinder diesels also for F10. I'm so lousy in German language...please confirm whether I'm talking true :-) I'd really like big diesels and xDrive combined.

My dream machine: twin turbo V12 or V10 xDrive diesel F10 with 480 hp and 1100 NM torque. Acceleration 0-100 km/h around 4.8 sec. Consumption 10,5 litres/100 km...you bet I'd be the first in the row to order the own one!

Looks like a big 3-Series. If this is the best they can do I would be very dissapointed.

* M5 due in 2011
* Still 507 BHP, but now with a double clutch
Correction! The output will be increased. Sorry about that.

... and for a very simple reason, they have used the present 3 series in PS to mould the new 5er. So don't get too negative - we haven't seen the real car yet. It's only information about it.
