Sure, the image will freeze slightly (I think it's constantly recalibrating) and maybe the FlexRay bus will allow for faster recalibration but from the information posted from auto, motor und sport, it seems to imply something more advanced than simply refresing faster, etc.

A friend of mine remained without brakes at 170 kmh, on a SL55 AMG, 2 years ago : it was sold immediately .
