HELLO ALL, I HAVENT POSTED IN A VERY LONG TIME...
i was pricing a 550 f10 yesterday, 1st and MV out of pocket, the guy told me 1150 a month... 73 msrp.... i was like wtf...
thats crazy, they are looking to make a killing on the car, but leaseing company got me a price of 980 same out of pocket.....

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
I have spoken to a few inside people at BMW and it seems the M Sport package may not be out until after the M5 is out, so it could be another 18 months. I would only extend my lease another 12 months because thats all I would have a warranty through. I am rationalizing that in 18 months I will have only 18 months left on the F10 lease and then I can get the M Sport package on the next. I am also negotiating on a 2011 MB E550 Cabriolet, not really a directly comparable car but a cab could be fun. I just had my 535 inspected today by the lease end people and they didn't hit me up for anything $0.00. I can see that I will wait and extend.

Based on these responses, I guess I did't get a very good deal. I got only 5% off MSRP. Here we have only two dealers withib 150 miles and pricing is kinda bad. However, I'm happy to be getting two new cars.

Have you considered doing ED? You should talk to Kerry about it. I believe he got his car for $8,000 under invoice, by doing ED.
BTW - word is, they are now offering this type of discount on M cars with ED. This was never the case with the E39 and E60 M5's and ED. Tempting once the new M5 comes out.
