Calling All Experts!!!!

I have retrofit the Navigation with FSC code Activated from one of the retrofitter of the unit. However I faced with few problems,

as your could see, my owner's manual went missing and so the vehicle images for tyre monitoring and for PDC.

The retrofitter advise me that my Vehicle software is too old for the images to be displayed properly and advise me to do software updates for the whole vehicle for my vehicle.

Here's the drama, when i went to the dealer to do full s/w update with the old original CIC (non-navi) back in place (still under warranty). The dealer told me that the CIC s/w level and few other modules could not be updated to latest s/w level as they might fail the updates and refuse to do the whole car s/w update.

Now I am stuck, is the above problem resolvable by vehicle s/w update, I search thro' web, I've seen no such problem occurs before. As these should be the simpliest function. My retroffiter advise me that this the problem of the Kombi module.


Anyone know if this is the real problem... I need help as this is going nowhere.
