My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

I went to the show this morning. First time seeing the 5 GT. I didn't HATE it, but it's hard to say it's beautiful. All-in-all, it's a pretty good package but it has one fatal flaw - rearward visability is like looking through a periscope. I've never seen anything worse.

I finished my day by finally test driving the Panamera. On the outside, it's not a looker either, but it doesn't need to be. I'd say it's just about halfway between my 550 and my 911 from a driving dynamics perspective. Just where you'd expect it to be. It'll be interesting to do a back-to-back comparison between it and the F10 M5. btw, the interior is drop-dead gorgeous.
