Dont get me wrong its a nice shiny new car, wheels are superb, interior surely is great and it is totally fine-but just looking at that really could be a toyota that is brand new, nissan altima/maxima, ford etc. Just does not stand out anymore.
Now that is not so important to many and it is great to have a new, luxurious bmw that drives great and has the prestige etc But I always liked the way the e60 just looked "out there" and like nothing else.
This really hits home-there is absolutely no reason to not love that car in that picture. Gorgeous wheels, beautiful craftsmanship but you just dont get any feeling. Not something I would give a second look to or when I walk away from my car I always look back a few times 4 years later. I cant see myself doing a "look back" with this car.

Thanks darraghn.
But you guys should see my F10 now.
After some 2,400 km's the car has come down about a inch,
compared to the pics above. I quess the suspesions has now settled.
The suspension is now very nice and also the gearbox works now as a dream.
The more I drive it, the more I love it!

Thanks protams for noticing my mistake.
A LCI E30 it was and a very nice car, traded my K1 mc for it and got some 3 K FIM (500?) extra.
It had only 60,000 km's on it when I got it.
But it didn't have power steering nor any AST (DSC) nor nothing!
It could get skidding when wet even in pretty high speeds.

A inch is about 2,5 cm.
Maybe a overkill, let's say 0.5 - 1 cm then but springs has settled, that's for sure.
The F10 suspension is surface rough as brand new.
I discussed this matter with my dealer today and he has noticed the same.
