I liked the design of the Concept CS, but only as a concept. There's something about big ass honking kidney grilles that screams American muscle. It's not befitting of BMW.

I think the fact that the nose is so upright has to do with European pedestrian crash standards....Look at a profile of the new 7 and you will see what I mean.
