i guess the m sport suspension option is for non US countries only...fail...
honestly tho, a non m sport f10 looks just as good if not better than the msport, especially the rear...

What's the difference between the M-Sport suspension package vs. the regular Dynamic Handling Package?.....different tuning? Personally, the Sport and Sport+ settings on my 550i are sporty enough, especially with the poor road conditions in Chicago.
I'm wondering if I can get the M-sport front bumper separately?

you should contact your dealer directly...try and get the part number if possible..just for the front m sport bumper..or you could wait for realoem.com to update their site as that site lists PN and price..but i don't think the f10 is even on their site yet..
you can also try contacting Tischer BMW..we have a 2 members here that work in the parts dept there and are active vendors here..

Sorry, no. I have the 550 with the M-sport pack so my car came from the factory equipped with the aero stuff. Surely others who did the upgrade will chime. Or search the forum for the m-sport aero kit, quite a few folks have added either the OEM kit or a third-party kit...
