just as a FYI - the configurator now has the f10. not all models available (only 530d, and the petrol engines), and not all configurations not working but regardless, good to see some UK pricing...

Really odd but i have not been able to access the configurator on the BMW UK site today - all I have is assorted pictures (static), pricing info and history.

I looked the other day and there were no wheel options - you had to spec it up to a "Dynamic Pack" for over ?2500, which gave you 19" wheels and one or 2 additional useless things....and you're right about the colours - no Red's - I think the m5 in that Metallic red (only available as a rip offtion on the M5) is an awesome colour...
Anyway, here's the link - just click on the 5 series in the bar at the bottom and hey presto!!
EDIT
Cor blimey!! It doesn't work today! The new 5 has become a shadow (hum the X files tune) and you get an error on the page....
Typical....

They are updating the configurator - the three models they initially had (535i, 530d and 550i) now has some more company( 520d, 525d etc..). There are more colours aswell.. but overall, it does not look that exciting...

No, it's abit sad that they haven't invested more in web presentation of the 5-series. There are other configurators that give that WOW effect; it's still very ordinary.
