I'm just curious why they don't sell Alpina B5 in North America?
Did anyone try to bring it to North America by oneself?

Nice car.

But unfortunately it is impossible to drive it here

Just wait for the M5. It will do it.

Alpina is a small traditional manufacturer which does not have the capacity to produce a lot of cars.
Introducing a new model to the US requires a substantial investment upfront, in order to make it legal.
When you don't have the capacity to satisfy the demand after that, it is pointless to introduce the model.
Alpina still wants to grow on the US market, but gradually, together with a build-up in its capacity. That's why it started only with the B7 for now.
AFAIK in the future both 5-series- and 3-series-based cars will follow.
