Ehh... Its okay, not an E60 for sure. Maybe it will look a little better with a M-Tech kit.

Not feelin' the front - don't know about those headlights... I think I may like the GT front end a bit better

I thi k it's like this: the fron lights look a lot like a Volvo, the grille is as wide as it is tall which is alot like the E39 and two-gens ago 7 series (more square is what I was trying to say, I guess), and the rear reminds me alot of the E34, despite the camo. It certainly doesn't resemble the GT's ugliness, which is good, bit I'll wait until it's officially unveiled...whenever. It's looking decent so far, but not that menacing. Maybe once the M-Aero kit comes out it'll shape up a bit more. A non-m5 bumper on our cars, in my opinion, makes the car look dinky and bland.

To me, the shape is reminscent of the E39 which, to me, was the most beautiful 5 Series ever made. I am fine with the new shape. It is as ballsy and ground breaking as the E60's shape was when it came out? No. Does it look handsome and classic BMW? Absolutely.

Jeffnnj: see you in 2012 for an ED on one of these puppies.

Looks extremely pedestrian to me and, from one side view, quite reminiscent of the 1972 Chevrolet Vega Hatchback.

Yuck. I'd rather buy my E39 back.
