Well, as usual I was bored at work doing imagery and figured I'd take a pic of my car and compare it to a spyshot. The two cars are identically proportioned and you can see the wheelbase of the F10 is longer, the front end seems longer, but otherwise from the firewall back its almost identical.

I will say that our E60 has a much more "raked" look compared to the F10. Our front end dips towards the front way more.

Supposedly the higher front end is due to new EU regulations for pedestrian crash protection...

It's so funny when I hear this kinda talk. Its like dejavu of E39 owners bashing the upcoming E60 back in the days.

WAY TOO early to tell if it's truly good looking or not!! I suspect in about 18 months, most of us will be THRILLED by the F10!!

+1.. i too didnt like the e60 whenthe first spy shots where coming around... not till it dropped in real life... i was like holy cr$%....

so im hoping that it will be to my liking... cause ill be waiting till then to get my baby again...

i was very close to doing it with one of the members on the forum... but price wasnt right.. thank god.. i told my self (the wife really) that ill wait

but do u see how the front end of the f10 just keeps going, the e60 has shape and really beautiful lines... i hope its not going to look like that...

I am already thrilled by the engine going into the F10 550.
