***well, to be fair to the OP, he barely got his f10 on 10/2010, only to find out in less than 6 months there will be new standard equipment..

imagine getting a late MY2007 e60, only to find out a few months later the taillights and other cosmetic changes are going to be made shortly.....I'm sure some of you know what that's like...heck, some may even want to retrofit those changes

How does that have anything to do with it? You're complaining about BMW changing a new model coming out vs. a person who has a late model that added over $20,000 in exterior mods to make it my own personal beauty. How do you and I relate? If I don't like something I make it better. You just want everything to revolve around you, not the other way around. That's how I read it. It just sounded very self-centered, I'm sorry.
