Did anyone else notice the built-in camera lens inside the grill of the white car? It's one grill slit over from its left side and looks very 'finished.'

I still say this new car looks like a marriage between the E39 and E60 -- almost like it's the car that should have preceded the E60 instead of coming after it. I realize these are testing mules, but I fear it appears to be rather conservatively styled and I find that a shame.

I definitely like what I see, just hope I'm not bored with it when it comes out. The good news is that my E60 is definitely NOT going to look outdated or old when this new model comes out, and I'm glad!

I totally agree with that and a lot of others too I think. It's like BMW is pulling back just a bit from bangle type styling in a lot of their newest cars. And I think you're right in that the styling will be conservative, especially compared to the E60. E60 owners have nothing to worry about in terms of their cars looking outdated.

I agree.

BMW seems to be going conservative these days and even the new 7 series I see on the street--I easily
mistake them for the older 7's at a glance. So I don't think the new F10 will be a spanking brand new
design but more of a evolved feel of the existing E60...

I actually dont think it will look like an evolved E60. E60 design was and still is so modern that I think the F10 may actually look like less modern in design. I think it'll look more like a smaller 7-series than new E60.

That's probably mostly accurate too by looking at that ebay bumper posted under it.
