automatic H can I drive with it on all time ??
I mean
if I applied automatic H all time speedy drive will affect my Horse power !!
or only on bumber to bumber drive should I click on it only on heavy traffic !!!

You can drive with it on all the time. It only functions when you come to a complete stop. It is either all on or all off. There is no grey area. Performance will not be affected.
