BMW sold 4,294 5 Series branded cars (F10 plus the 5GT) in August for a year to date total of 33,899.
The big competitor from MB still has the US market lead, with 5,628 sales in the month and a year to date total of 42,702 for its E Class branded vehicles.

Whatever the numbers, the F10 is getting quite popular, at least in my area. I see at least 2 F10's now everyday on my to work. (I hardly see any current E-class....maybe 2 a week).

Yep, I'm seeing more F10's out in the Bay Area too (though here you will also see a lot of W212 E-Class models). The F10 is definitely growing on me

To me, the E39 with the M pack was and is the best looking 5 Series ever. So not surprisingly, I like the looks of the F10.
