DME needs to be looked at to see why it's not supplying 12v power to the FEM (pin 40 on CP330x1 connector on DME, green/yellow wire). If you don't know what to look at send it off to get fixed or get a new one. First I would check the fuses and relay in the DME box to ensure they are good.
