F10 Discussion Anything and everything to do with the F10 5 Series. The F10 made it's debut in 2010 as a MY2011.

Anyone else bothered with the F10's front end?

OK...so the F10 has been around for a while but I still can't get over the flat front end. I wish they made it more round and curvy. In some pictures such as those in this link: https://5series.net/forums/topic/980...t-bmw-zentrum/ , the F10 looks fine. However, in the pics here: http://www.autoblog.com/2010/03/25/2...d-from-50-475/ , the F10 looks damn ugly. Maybe it's the horrible wheel they used on that pic.

Maybe it's just the ugly wheels on some pics or maybe it's because I haven't seen the F10 on Manila roads yet. I wish I can accept that flat front end when I see one on the streets.

Anyone else bothered about the F10 look?

I love the F10 look!
The E6x is more rounded alright, but IMO it has become rather plain....this opinion is based on the standard look, add the M-kit and it is a completely different car.
The F10 on the other hand, I think it's rugged in a aggressive way...or the other way around, aggressive in a rugged way.

I saw a F10 downtown yesterday and I kept thinking - Hey, it looks very powerful, almost intimidating, coming right at me. B-i-g "kidneys" with those cold white/bright coronas and white "eyebrows".

If you run the F10's front bumper into a wall, it would be an improvement over the original design. Otherwise, its a gorgeous looking car, I admit. But that front is like ewww

Agree; I find the front end a bit strange, especially looking at the car from front-left. Oh well, they have to have something for the LCI in 2013...

This car needs an Aero Kit immediately. The stock look just doesn't cut it. So boring. It's very generic, just like all the others. Sad. The E60 actually doesn't look so dated.

I sat in it and wasn't impressed with the interior either.

The picture may appear a bit weird, but for real, it doesn't look like it. It has the profile shape of a shark nose, kinda. Very tasty. It looks way better for real than on this picture.

The front looks like it just hit a wall.....To be honest I'm disappointed with the overall design of the F10/11. Think it looks a bit boring and to me it's worthless without the M-package, just like the E60/61. I've deceided to wait for the new MB CLS instead....

I just love the front (and the rear and the sides) of a F10.

The front has a kind of a E12 look.

It was my first 5-series love - back in 1976.

Don't like the front either, too flat and the grills are oversized just like the 7 series. Going back to the same sausage different sizes again. I am not to impressed overall. E60 all the way!
