Hey, another F10 forum....nice!......might have to spend some quality time over there.
I only get transmission jerk when the AC is on, but very infrequently. When the AC is not on, the car is smooth as butter.

My Ride: May 2005 BMW 523i
Yes, at low speeds (Approx 0 - 40 Kph), or moving off from rest the gear change can be pretty rough. I experinced it since day one, but brushed it off as i thought the car just needed to be break in. However, after 8500Km plus , the issue has still not gone away, and in fact seemed to have gotten worst. I tried the old 25 sec trick to no avail. Most likely will need it checked out at the dealer.
