Hi mate, I just got a used 2005 e60. It comes with a standard 6.5" screen M-ask idrive without navi. Understand that only those who opt for navi comes with 8.8" CCC that does split screen.
Any bros here know if I can change the screen? I don't mind buying the parts n send to workshop for coding if it can work for me. And I also interested to add the iPod adapter to connect and control my iPod/phone from the idrive. And From some older posts on the iPod interface, older idrive will not be able to display playlists, tracknames & artist names etc. Any bros here able to overcome this issue?
