How do they get the guy in there holding the wheel on a rendering?

Because it's really more like a photoshop of a real car -- not a true "ground-up" rendering. It looks like they may have taken a photo of an E60 and simply changed the front end, hood, etc. to look like what they expect the F10 to look like...

Anyone else see "Jaguar" when looking at this version?
