My Ride: 2011 F10 528i - Imperial Blue, Oyster/Black, Premium, Premium 2, Cold Weather, Xenons.
Default

About to pull the trigger on a 528i, Imperial Blue, Oyster and Black interior, Premium, Premium 2, Xenon, Cold weather... but here is my quandry:

Anthrasite wood trim or the light wood? (I think the dark walnut looks best, but is not an option on the 528i.) Any thoughts?

Also, is there a compelation thread of all interior and exterior colors?

Thanks,

Thanks,
some thoughts. The darker wood goes well with the chrome trim piece. More contrast and richer look. Using the config site, I couldn't get a sense of the anthracite, which is my favorite in the e60. The dark maple works with the oyster. Oyster is a great pick.

For me I'd try to see all the color combos in the flesh before ordering.

I saw anthracite and it was very nice. Go with that. It offsets the generous amount of chrome/silver being used now.

I have anthracite and oyster/black on an alpine white. I think anthracite offsets the oyster well and then blends nicely with the black bottom where they meet such as on the central console. See the 1st pic below for what I mean.

Part of the manual. There's a lot of other graphic depictions of the car or parts of the car. Kind of fun to play with in traffic jams for the 1st 2 weeks. Then the novelty wears off.

Thanks,
Howcome the dark walnut is not a option? Are you sure - talked with your dealer?

At least over here we can choose whatever trim.
