525d 3.0 F10 Aut. shift pattern.
Hi
Two months ago we changed our E60 520d AUT. to an F10 525d AUT. With the 3.0 N57 engine.
But ever since I wondered about the high RPM by the first two gears.
AUT. changes from 1 to 2 at about 1600 to 1800, which is roughly okay, but 2-3 is not due until around 2000 RPM, is this normal?
If I drive uphill, the shift is not until around 2200 RPM.
It feels a bit worse now where it is cold outside.
Those who have a car like this, please give me some feedback, on how your car behave.
Regards

Depends how hard you boot it, but generally on mine like yours, it's in a rush to get into 2nd but prepared to wait a bit before it decides to go into 3rd.
