Default 2015 535i xDrive $52523.0 OR 2015 CTS 3.6L AWD Luxury $50987.0

With a new born baby, we decide to replace our current compact sedan. My top concerns are safety and reliability.
I compared different deals(online or offline) and the current best price is (2015 535i xDrive 52523.0) And (2015 CTS 3.6L AWD Luxury $50987.0). For the CTS, autpriceshare dealers provide 3 years extended warranty.
I searched deals shared by others in autopriceshare.com and these prices seem decent. I believe that someone here should own at least one of these two cars. Could you provide me some feedbacks about the safety or reliability of these two models? Need your professional advices.

BMW. The CTS looks absolutely HIDEOUS from the rear 3/4 view. The rear quarter panel just has too much mass and makes any size wheel look too small.

Selected BMW finally. The dealer gave more discount last week and I made the deal. Thanks

Haven't seen any major reoccurring issues on the n55 aside from the vanos bolts breaking and the high pressure fuel pumps.
Other than the mechanical side, they're pretty reliable from what I see...hope you enjoy the ride
