I think that is the bulk of the new options you can order. And as far as I know, they started producing 2010 models in March for end of April delivery to the dealerships.
I do not know why the web site has not been changed yet to show the 2010 model, but maybe they just have not updated it yet. They might be waiting until the 2010 start showing up at the dealerships before they change the website.

As I understand it, there are no major changes from the 2009 to the 2010 E60. The biggest change is that, with the purchase of the Nav system, the I-Drive is upgraded from the 2009 DVD based system to the hard disk-based next gen-I Drive which is supposed to have improved software that is easier to use and faster (owners of the new 7 can vouch if the new I-Drive system really is better and, hopefully, faster). I believe that the Sport Packgae for 2010 also comes with the antracite-colored headliner -- a change that BMW also did for the last year of the E39 540i Sport package prior to the rolling out of the E60.
For the 2010 E60, BMW also added a value package which, depending on the model you buy, gives you several set options for free, which is really a de facto price cut.
