yeah I have put a tick tape on top of the original one to put extra presure. Mine was completly dry inside.
With extra silicone still problems, then it must be the cables they did wrong. if you have a gap there the water follows the cables and enters the module. Even a small gap is enough.
Only could try to fill it with the material use to fill junction used to connect cables under water.

The only consolation to me is that at least now I know how to check it, and replace it myself if needed, so if out of warranty I need to deal with it, it's a $300 part, and not a couple of hours of labour plus part markup to get the dealer to do it.
I'm going to cross my fingers and leave it as is, as I don't want to open up the black box right now, in case the silicone sealing they've already done comes apart.
