Will these wheels fit?

I've tried to read as much as I could on the subject here and a few other forums, but I figured I might as well get some direct feedback. I'm looking at some BMW 403M wheels that come in a staggered setup to put on my 2010 E61 M-Sport.

F: 19x8, offset 36
R: 19.8.5 offset 47

I know that the fronts will extend 7mm further out than the stock 18x8 offset 43 wheels.
The rears will extend only 2mm further out, but take up 10mm more on the inside. I was thinking I could use 5mm spacers on the rear to align the front and rear, but the wheels have beveled center bores which may mean that the wheel won't be able to rest on the hub properly. If I run a 10mm spacer in the back, then I don't require any more inside space as they will instead extend 12mm out relative to stock.

If I ran a square tire setup of 245/35R19, would I expect to get any rubbing? Would lowering it an inch or so later on cause rubbing? I'm not interested in rolling fenders or trimming wheel wells in the future, so I want to make sure i get it right now.

Part of motivation for running 19s is to have space for a M5 brake upgrade in the future. I know some people have commented that the M5's winter set is 18 and so you'd expect an 18 in wheel to work with the M5 calipers, but some have apparently tried and they didn't fit. Maybe it was just extremely close, I'm just not sure. In any case, the 19s will work and should great in the process.

Any feedback is appreciated here.

Thanks - Matt
