Went to change my flat tire and found that out of 4 lift points, only one had that plastic piece that mates to the jack. What group and subgroup is it in realoem.com? I couldn't find it. Help! TIA

Dunno. I was missing one when I was changing to winter wheels a couple of years back. Could have been knocked loose by road debris like cardboard or soda can? I didn't see any damage under my rockers. Maybe someone was missing one and stole mine.

Hey guys, I just ordered 4 of these as I had none. Are these supposed to stay permanently under the car? or when needed?

Thanks
Greg

I examined one at the dealer, they have plastic barbs that protrude from the smaller positioning prongs. it looks like they should stay under the car all the time. but those barbs are small enough that you could knock these pads off easy. I have 3 being shipped to me now. we'll see ...

Does anyone have a photo of the exact part we're referring to? I'm not really sure what the part should look like... Thanks!
