I was an early skeptic, but I now confess through repeated use (especially in Palm Springs in the summer), they work wonderfully and YES I would definitely want them on my next car!

The new iDrive is a huge improvement over the old one, I played with one the other day. Will it be another 530i?

Also, I'll tell my friends to keep away from that gray E61 at Förenade...
It's Paulssons Bil (Helsingborg) and they will of course not sell it until they fixed it - now the're waiting for a new SW update in March.

As I lack imagination I've opted for a 530i again... Some people just never learn!

Seriously, I've discussed the matter with She Who Must Be Obeyed and it came out that we really need two station cars (I wouldn't mind a Z4!) so it's an E61 again. If I would order a F11 I would probably get that in November and that's just too late.

And yeah, I'm looking forward to play with the new iDrive and the much improved SatNav

Not only that, but the excessive noise keeps them awake while driving!

I have them in my car. They are great in the summer. Living in CO it can get really hot in the summer.
Once you have turned them on, wait about 30 seconds and feel the cool air all around.

Highly recommended

boys, don't make me envy you..I just got a new car without vent.seats, I thought this option is senseless, but when I hear all those good things about it, I could bite me in the ass..

BTW:have fun with your ventilated balls

you can combine it with the heated seat option, so they're actually "ventilated warm balls"

(You can tell its Friday afternoon )
