Hey, I was wondering if anyone else is having/or had a problem filling up their E60/61.
It only takes half of a gallon then the pump clicks it off.
Anyone?

Could it be so that the vent pipe is clogged and it can't get air out of the tank (overpressure) or there is something on the filler pipe...

The happens to me about every other time I gas up... Sometime it takes 15 mins to fill up because it constantly clicks off

Mine does this but not at every fuel station. I find pulling nozzle out or turning a bit helps. Sometimes it's nearly all the way out to stop pump tripping.

Welcome to the forum

I had seen this happen before on other vehicles. It ended up being the ?EVAP Vent Valve?. The valve was stuck closed when it's normally open when the vehicle is not running.

You may need to take the car to a repair facility to determine if that?s the problem.
