Two Warning Lights
 

I was hoping someone might be able to assist with a couple of warning lights I have on my E61:

1. The engine management light comes on occasionally and I can hear it misfire (codes showing: P0304, 3104, 29D0) and these all seem to point to cylinder 4, but I've only recently replaced the spark plugs. Any ideas?

2. The front left dipped beam fault light comes on at start up, however, if you flip to full beam and back to dipped the light goes off. Again, any help greatly appreciated.

I used to think I was handy with cars but turns out that's not the case!

That same thing happened to me after changing plugs. Turns out all I needed to do was reseat the connector. Then it happened to my other BMW after installing new plugs. I just had to reseat a plug, and all was well. With your headlights. I'd suggest you open up the headlight assy and thoroughly check for exposed wires.
