Default Transmission issue

I am finding more fun issues with the new used bimmer I bought. After I drive the car for good 1/2 hour so, I noticed that if I accelerate too fast, somewhere between Gear 1 and 2 it jerks and I go into limp mode. But If I turn the Car off and let it sit and turn it back on and drive like a normal person, the jerking does not occur. I have access to INPA and general OBDII scanner and on both I get the following code. I did the translating. I am still diagnosing this issue. is there something common with 2006 E61 transmission that will do this. On the high way the car flies, just when I come to a complete stop and accelerate fast, this jerking occurs. Any input on this I would appreciate it.
