These will do the right and left sides, includes the RF cables for the antenna, and the windshield washer fluid tubing.
This all-in-one kit would work too right? https://www.sencom-kabeltechnik.de/s...tung-p52761363

Yeah, I'm reasonably sure.

That all in one includes: 201606162N + ANT0612

201606162N is repair kit for both sides and the ant01612 is the antenna repair kit. And the 201606162n part number is sure close to 2016062 and 2016061, ya know? Has to be.

My repair kit is now in the way. One of the perks of working in maintenance in heavy industry is we have a lot of nice tools in our shop. We have a really nice set of stripping and crimping tools.

And yes yes I ordered all three kits.

These are the part numbers you would need:

01 Wire duct upper part, rear screen, left 61136978337
01 Wire duct upper part, rear screen, right 61136978338
02 Wiring duct lower part, rear screen 61136978340

You can check with your dealer, Pelican Parts will also let you search on BMW part numbers.

This morning I ordered the 201606162N + ANT0612 kit directly from Sencom. Their website would not allow me to enter USA for the country, but I emailed them and they responded immediately with a workaround.

Upon going back to look at things again and comparing the kit I ordered to the individual 2016062 and 2016061 sets, I discovered that the "N" sets have individually numbered cables rather than colored cables that match those on the car. Is there a meaningful difference here? Is one preferable to the other?

The numbering will save you some time when you're doing the repair - otherwise you would have to use an electrical meter to check continuity on similar wire sizes and colors to help ensure you're making the right connections. It looks like a nice feature, they didn't offer that when I did mine a few years ago. Good luck with the repair.

Ah, I had assumed the colors were specific to an individual wire. Happy to get that improvement, however minor.

I will be following along with your blog post gman! Thank you for such a thorough writeup. I'm sure it will help.

My dude, I have e-mailed them a few times and never got a response. What was the e-mail address you had used?
