To Sum Up on M135 Rims and wheels

I just made a quick search on the forum and found many threads spread over; i just wonted some help to summarize the following.
I have an E61 M-Packed fitted with M135 rims and 245/40/18 Goodyears.
Now, please, add any comment to the following:
1. Is it possible to place other-measure-tires on rear rims (i.e. 275)?
2. Which "better" (if any) RF tire would you suggest to replace the original RF Goodyear?
3. Is it possible to mount non RF tires on the 135 Rims?
4. Which NON RF tire would you suggest to replace the original RF Goodyear?

My Ride: 530 2006

1.It's not possible to fit 275s.
3.As far as I'm concerned you can fit non RF tyres on the 135 wheels.
4. I think michelin have som nice wheels(don't remember the name)

The Michelin PS2 which is a non-RF in 245/40-18 will fit on the M135 quite well and you'll be happy with the ride.

On the same theme, my E61 530D Tourer is fitted with 138 wheels (7.5J x 17) and 225/50 R17 Bridgestone RE050 RF's which I hate.
I was hoping to change to PS2's but would have to move to 225/45 R17's.
is this a viable option? or would I be better sticking to 50 profile tyres such as the Mich Pilot Primacy, Goodyear F1 GS D3 or Conti ?

With regards to rear rim of 275.
As far as I know the rear suspension of the Touring edition is of a different design than the E60, which eliminates the possiblity to fit as wide alternative as available for the sedan edition.

FS: E61 535D -06, Activesteering, Comfort seats, Hifi, M-steeringwheel, PDC, Rails, Tinted windows, Folding mirrors, Towconnector, Alu trims, Panoramic roof, ISO FIX, SonyEricsson BT-HF, 124 wheels, Alarm, Electric lid, Aburn interior, Xenons, Silvergrey and the crappy cupholders!!!
Yes, the air-cushions take up quite a lot of space in the rear housings. I have tested 124 rims with 275 in the rear and I think it will work. It was not much space left, but when the car was in riding position it was 1cm left and it's enought. To sum up. If you get wheels with the correct offset it might be possible to fit 275 wheels on the rear of a E61.
