Hi all

I have now had 3 KDS adjustments by my local dealer following me carelessly hitting a kerb. The nearside front wheel was found to be 1 degree out. Since the KDS I have been back as the steering wheel was not centered. Following the 3rd attempt it is now the nearest it has been to being centred but I am also now at the stage that I am wondering if I am imagining it. Can some please confirm that when they let go of their wheel does it mainly stay straight of dip down on the left a few degrees roughly just below the R on the indicator stalk. Also can anyone tell me how I get this fixed ?
Thanks

It should be totally straight.

Personally I would try somewhere else first.

Try somewhere like supertracker or protyre and take your print out from BMW and compare the findings.

Dont negate the possibility that the steering wheel may have been centered rather than the wheel alignment actually being completed correctly.

Latest update; All agreed that my alignment was right so the steering wheel has been adjusted using the track rods. Thorugh measuring how much the wheel was out, we were able to determine howmnay turns of the track rods needed to be adjusted. After 2 goes we got it spot on and now have a straight steering wheel The tech said in his view only 7 out 0f 10 cars ever go back totally straight after an alignment the rest need some manual adjustments
