Sport mode not going into S6

Can someone confirm if there are set rpms and/or speed for the transmission to shift into S6 when in sport mode? After doing my xdrive transmission fluid/valves/sleeves/seals service, the buttons on gear shift and paddle shifters, they all function normally and I see S1-S2-S3-S4-S5 on the display when in sport mode, but what I noticed is it never goes to S6, only upto S5 even on a downhill at 70mph while cruise contorl is active. Then agian, I never went above 70mph after the transmission service. But it does go through all 6 gears in normal mode as I keep an eye on the rpm shifts and count them. I never paid attention to this before the service, so I have nothing to compare against if it was working before.
