Just a plug for my 535d sport touring.....

An awesome car that does everything and so well, it is also the longest I have kept a car in the last 5 years, but it is time to move on.
Although I may change my mind tomorrow when I really stop and think about it.

Anyway here is the advert...

Great car ! But the steering wheel is in the wrong side ! Is it a easy DIY to change from RHD til LHD ?

Damn you drive a lot! I think we drive alot(30.000 km/18.750 miles a year), but it's a BMW - the ultimate driving machine!

I think your local dealer could do it, and probably only charge an hours labour!!

Are you minted or mad (or both?)

Why change out of a 15 month old car - its barely run in (and mine only jsut started to get reliable after the first year!)

I have a low boredom threshold!!

I may change my mind as yet, I took it out again today and it reminded me just how good it is.

Well, sad to say the car is going on Friday.

An absolutely superb motor, refined, quick, fairly economical, comfy, gadget laden, and it recieved more positive comments than any other car I have owned including our A4 Cab.

But I went out in a CSL again and I have to get one before it is too late, and by that I mean before they are too old and before the new E92 version is out.
I do believe the M3 CSL is the best car to have come out of BMW and is a piece of motoring history, therefore I am going to get one track it a few times, take it to the ring a couple of times and move it on again next spring.

May be back in another 3/535d sport touring by then, but for now it's time for a change.

Enjoy your cars, they are pretty special.
