Hi all,i have a June 06 E61 with roof rails,please can anyone tell me what roof bars are compatible as i am looking to buy a used set,if i look at thule website the footpacks seem quite generic for cars with roofrails.i wondered if this is the case with genuine bars.

I've never put roof bars (roof rack) on my car, but others here have. Anyone else able to help out here??

bought a set from a bloke who had an 02 x5,e52 i think he called it,anyway for 40 quid i thought worth a gamble and guess what,they fit great and with a halfords high gloss black roof box looks pretty good.
