Rear washer jet detached / broken
Hi
The rear washer jet pipe has either broken or become detached as the water is running down the side of the window at the back rather than squirted out the jet.
How do I get to to it to fix it? Any advice or links to some picks or something that will show me how would be much appreciated.
I have a 2008 E61 525d.
Thanks

Well After a little bit more searching online and checking out the back of my car to see how to get in, figured it out...
1) You need to open the tail gate glass only, not the whole boot door.
2) You will see 4 plastic circular covers in the plastic trim under where the "spoiler" is attached to the tail gate - remove these.
3) There are 4 torque screws under there that need to be removed.
4) Once removed, close the tail gate and slide the spoiler towards you and then lift. EASE it back and then up though as there is a flat cable attached to the break light that you don't want to damage...
5) Once this is lifted you will see the pipe and where to re-join.
It took 10 to 15 mins to do and as long as you have torque screw 'bits?' its really easy.
