There is a very slight rub at the front left only against the plastic liner at 9 o'clock when the steering wheel is turned right about 30%. This plastic section is not backed by anything solid so it flexes away and is not enough to really even wear through. I doesn't even touch in the same spot for the right front tire.
As your stock front ET is 43 on 18x8 inch, and the M3 wheels have ET 29 (+14 mm) and are 0.5 inch wider (18x8.5) (0.25 inch or 6 mm more on each side), I presume on your car the outer edge of the wheel sticks out 20(=14+6) mm more than stock? Which equals a 20 mm spacer?
As I have a 5 mm spacer on a non-xi car, I presume on mine the tyres won't rub..

The AC Schnizer parts are very expensive, I was lucky and picked mine up off e-bay in the right colour too so it was a straight swap for the standard item.
