Wow, looks great with the dark theme. If you are looking for any small future aesthetic mods; black kidney grills, tinted LED side markers, and color matched reflectors would really finish the look!

Evan, it's as if you know my planned mod list... I was just shopping for kidneys last night, but I can't decide between matte and glossy. I think something that matches the shadowline trim would be good, but that is almost a satin finish rather than a true matte. Have you found good matte grilles that match the existing trim?

The reflectors are in the plan too. I have a cracked one to replace, and then I'll paint them A76 Deep Sea Blue Metallic.

Do you have a favorite source for the tinted LED side markers?

I ended up buying a set of matte black grills, then had the surrounds painted to match the body colour.

I have orange/amber reflectors with a passion so I am happy to hear your plans to terminate them.

I would go matte black as opposed to gloss. If you had gloss black window trim or wheels you could pull it off but matte kidneys would match up well with the lower bumper mesh, trim, windshield wipers, and roof rails fairly well. Most of the matte kidneys I have seen are more satin in texture anyway. Furthermore I feel matte is more durable and hides the rock chips better down the road.

For the turn signals these are the only ones I can recommend (they are what I have experience with). I think they are a little bit expensive for what you get but the fitment is good and output is good, plus no errors. I just think they should cost $30 lol.

There are a lot of options out there on eBay etc., the key is finding people who have tried them and confirmed performance, if you buy it without a review you are rolling the dice a bit with Chinese LEDs.

Also, I went with LED markers as all my exterior lighting is LED and I like the instant ON-OFF actuation. If you don't care about this and want to save some money just buy some nightshade and spray a couple light coats until they are darkened to your preference.

Evan
