thanks, but i dont think bmw has any 19" wheels that will fit the E61 (according to BMW)
but i think i will go with the M6 rims in 19", they are the best
But do you think that the problems you might have with the "Officials" you will not have with non official 19-inch wheels?
Don't think so...

And one more question, is your car no longer in Warranty period? Perhaps BMW might use it as an excuse for anything you might complain related with the rear-axle/suspension/noise/Transmission/gearbox/EVERYTHING

Mmmm, good point. My car is still in warranty, for about another 1.5 years so thats a good point. I will inform them before buying any 19inch wheels. Thanks

I'm gonna check with my supplier if these exist in 18", I've got the same problem actually.
2nd option are the M172 (same problem here I guess)

I like your M style 135 rims. They match perfect with your M packet touring.
BMW knows thinks better, but if you like to go for 19" OK, it's your car.

Maybe your right. And if bmw really is against it i might have problems not only with warrenty but also if i want to trade in the car in a couple of years. I will reconsider. Thanks.

None of them as 19" wheels are not homologated for the E61. Just try to imagine the troubles you would face in case of accident with non homologated wheels. As far as I know wider tyres and bigger wheels are creating problems with the auto leveling suspension system beside the loading capacity. To fit wider tyres on the M5 touring and let it stay on the road, BMW re-projected the whole rear axle and suspension system. That's the reason why E61 M5 has not bean released yet according to Auto Bild.

Thanks mppockaj, i think i will keep the 18"'s since i dont want any problem and lets be honest, they look pretty good actually. Think i am a little spoiled. Nice car u have by the way, silver was the color i was also thinking about but since i had 3 black interiors i wanted something else this time.

Nice car

Love the leather - lot's of the contrast colours seem garish to me, but yours are nice and classy.

Although I have 19inch rims I wouldn't bother changing yours - they already look good

Hi Georgos,
Would you be so kind to post few more photos showing the car from the back and the exhaust system. I am also thinking to install the Eisenman muffler but I am afraid it looks too flashy. How much did you pay for it installed? BTW your car looks great with that interior colour.
