Congrats for your new ride.
I did the same exchange almost one year ago and I do not regret it at all. The touring is simply great and specially with the M sport package the driving and handling are perfect, much better than on the old E60 I owned.

Good choice on the ride! I went for the Tourer and will never look back for an everyday car...

Thanks to everyone for their kind words.

My opinion that this is the best BMW Board is reinforced by the quality of people who frequent E60 forums.

Congrats on your new baby!!

I like that Carbon Black color, I think that this is the E60's best dark color (my opinion) and it's also metallic.
I like the manual gearbox as well and the roof without that bars.

Is that a Right hand drive with KM on the speedometer?

Yiassou Niko!!! Nice to hear from you.

Yes Carbon Black is a great colour. It rained here for the past three days with snow just outside of the city, so I have some serious war washing to do this weeekend!

Cars in Canada are Left hand drive with km on the speedo.

I hope it is still warm in Divine Greece. It's starting to get cold here which is starting to make me think about snow tires. I cannot use the tires from my E60 as the offset is different so I am looking at picking up a new set on style 128 rims.

All the best to you my friend, yia xara!

Yes it's warm here ...yet. Nice job you have to do on weekend, washing an all new carbon black Baby!!!
OK, cars in Canade are made LHD with KM like here.
I dont think that 138 wheels have the right offset for Xi models

There is a separate part number available for the style 138's for the xi models with the different offset (at least that is what the parts department advised me). The wheels with snow tires are sold as a package by BMW Canada and are a different package for the xi's than for the non x vehicles. Both use the style 138 five spoke design.
