My Ride: 525D touring black navi pro hifi pro heated seats sport seats active steering .....

Here is my 525d 05. There is a list of mod that I want to change but last week a problem that cast me 1800 euro?s so now need to wait a bit before I can change something.
My wish list:
M-tech kit.
18 m6 replica rims.
More power to the engine (only a bit afraid to damage the engine).
Dark windows.
Angel eyes.
Black grill.
A new ccc so I can listen to mp3 and usb with the new software (don?t know if it?s possible).
When I make some more changes I will post some more photos.
Any suggestions or tips are welcome.

Looking good!

I think only reprogramming is needed on your CCC to play MP3s. An ipod interface can also be added, but to have an usb interface you would need all new system and I don't know is it even possible on a 2005 car.

www.salesafter.de is selling the OEM mtech kit quite cheap! Check it out!

ps. That is a nice list of mods to come !

What about shadowline trim, especially since your going to tint the windows.

I'm remembering that shadowline conversion is not that easy to do on a touring.. It would require removal of the rear most side windows. This is how I solved the problem:

Thanks for sharing the pics. Nice list of mods you have there

Instead of 18" M6 reps, you might want to consider buying a set of original M135 rims. Quite a few members here are considering selling their original 18" rims for 19s. Just keep an eye out here in the E61 forum and in the classified section.

With regards to the Shaddow Line trim, member Hilden was looking into this for his E61 and I believe he came up with a
good solution to retrofit it -- you might want to PM him if he doesn't reply here.

Enjoy!
