Bought two sets of Focal KRS100 two way sets to put in the roof and front doors. Ive changed the ones in the roof, but i dont have a clue whats + or -. The left rear wires are black/purple and black/red, right side is yellow/black and yellow/brown. It doesnt say anywhere on the old speakers and when i called my local BMW workshop they said they couldnt help me either. Havent had a look in the front yet but gona do them today. Its a 05 535d. Anyone here knows where i can find it or have done it themselves?

Rear fitment:

I'm not sure if my info is up to date , but here we go:

Right Rear (+) Black/White
Right Rear (-) Black/Brown
Left Rear (+) Black/Red
Left Rear (-) Black/Violet

Hopefully they have just changed the white to yellow.

Also, front speaker shoukd have grey instead of black, otherwise the same colouring.

Before buttoning up your installation. you could check polarity/phase by playing an audio test CD with in-phase and out-of-phase white noise. Compare left-right, and front-rear. Those are pretty serious looking Focal drivers.

I had forgotten how i did it before. I just hook a 1,5V batteri to the oem speakers and see if they go outwards or inwards. So its sorted now thanks.

Front set up:

SO pleased with the sound. Really made a big diffrence. So now im gonna change the woofers under the seats and get a bigger amp.
