Default N52 rough running, no codes in inpa

A while ago my engine suddenly started having a rough idle (under 900rpm), and more notably rough running when steering to the right.
Zero fault codes in INPA and all adaptations, fuel trimmings and rough running tests show good results.

After the issue appeared I replaced the coils, vanos solenoids and checked for vacuum leaks, but there was no change, spark plugs were changed last year.
Could this be an issue with an engine mount? -or maybe a faulty injector that isn't detected by inpa?

Just looking for ideas for what to check and previous experiences if any, hoping this isn't a result of internal damage to the motor :/

I don't know about it being engine mounts. Mine was bad vibration which made me change mine. What did you do to check for vacuum leaks a smoke test. How old is your valve cover? Is it leaking. You're in a corner without codes. No need to replace parts without one. Also pull Map sensor to see if it changes. Make sure air filter is clean and not clogged with leaves.

I checked for leaks with a homemade smoke machine connected to a bicycle pump ^^. Probably not super accurate, but I didn't see any smoke escape from the engine bay. The valvecover itself is probably original, but the vcc and airfilter has been replaced after the issue appeared to no avail. Ill pull the map sensor today to see if symptoms change. The fact that it only runs rough when steering to the right really throws me for a loop. Its why i'm leaning towards it being a sensitive injector or engine mount maybe?

No change after unplugging map sesnor, put it on my quickjack today and noticed it doesnt run rough when steering to the right, but rather when the car is leaning to the left in corners.
