More power for 535d

I wonder what I have to do to increase power in my 535d. I am thinking about chip, but I am little afraid if the gearbox and turbos hold out. What are Yours experiences with power increasions.

Don't believe in advertisements for 350 EUR.
I've done ALL my cars till now, riding voor 400K km each car, and never had a problem.
