My Ride: 5 Series Touring (E61) 2005, 530d
Ok, my car is not a wagon, but here's what I have to share...
I'm running 8,5x19 ET14 wheels with 245/35 R19 all around. My car is lowered with KW Street Comfort coilovers approximately one inch. I used to have a non-sport chassis before.
In rear I have 12mm spacers too, so the ET is 2 (14-12=2). This sounds rough but please note that my rear wheels are only 8,5" wide. When comparing my rear setup with your rear setup, we will notice that my wheels extend 5mm more out than yours. Still, I haven't got any problems with this setup.
However, I don't know how much differencies there are in the rear wheel arches between E60 and E61.

Thanks for the info. I think on my car the rear is not the issue - its the front. So if your fit and my offset is pretty close plus my front tyres are 235 then it should fit... any ideas if the front arches are different on the E61 over the E60?
Was due to go to the garage today to do my rear pads, but it's postponed till next week - will ask the garage on their opinion...
