Default Loud front end thunk when turning

So for the past few months, I’ve had this loud thunking noise coming from the front end whenever I turn while going low speed. It tends to do it once while turning into the corner, and once while turning out. Does it turning both directions and the noise seems to happen on the side I’m turning towards. It also happens when I put the car in reverse and let off the brake, but only after the car has sat for a while. Not really sure where to start on this one. I’ve attached a video of the sound it makes; this is me putting it in reverse.

My car needs control arm bushings, I don't get many problems with steering but can really feel them under braking- at low speeds, do you get a clunk when you stab the brakes? If so, you can get someone else to demonstrate it for you- the front wheels will kind of lurch, like not keeping up with the car, when the person hits the brakes. This only requires low low speed, like hardly moving.
