Hello all,

Any help, suggestions, comments and especially pics would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that a non staggered setup is best (if not mandatory) for this model. I'm ok with this as the wife does not need a staggered setup anyhow. I would prefer 19's and leaning towards a somewhat stock looking wheel (CSL's, some VMR wheels, etc).

I have searched and found pics but sometimes it's difficult to tell if it's a xi model. Wheel selection is more limited from the searches I've done for the xi model hence the help request.

Thanks in advance.

Take a look at my post

19" under Xi. Quite classic style.

Thanks for the link!

Kind of the information I was looking for! As I found a wheel that I like (see pic), the available offset are: 19x8.5ET15, 19x8.5ET35, 19x9.5ET22 and 19x9.5ET33/35. The information that I have gotten from this seller is that a 19x8.5ET35 would work (front and/or all 4 wheels) as would a 19x9.5ET35 in the rear for a staggered setup.

I also found CSL replica wheels and was recommended 19x8.5" ET40 front and/or all 4 wheels and 19x9.5" ET45 for the rears (staggered setup).

Again thanks and at least I have a reference now!

If you like the OEM type 128 rims, you can fit the 19" type 128 rims from the X3

Check out the pics in my signature / Gallery to see what they look like on an E61

CSL replica in picture will look good under e61. :) My choice would be 19x8.5" ET40 all 4 wheels because I do not prefer staggered setup. Simply I cannot see any benefit with X-drive. Just my 2cents

Yes a square setup is what I intend on installing depending on the model/company I choose it will be either 19x8.5" ET 40 or 35.

Thanks again for your feedback.

Thats not true!! The OEM 19" type 128 for the BMW X3 has the right offsets (ET) for the 5er Xi/Xd models

X3 E83
8,5x19 front 235/45R19 ET 46
9x19 rear 255/40R19 ET 51

The E61 Xi model has the following set-up (18s)
8x18 front/rear 245/40R18 ET 43

So you can have the 128s on your car :D
